Counselling and Psychotherapy in Winchester and Romsey

I have been involved in this work for more than 25 years and have met a huge range of people who have come along with all kinds, and sometimes very challenging, life issues.

Central to my work is establishing a focused and compassionate professional therapeutic relationship with each person, so that they are able to speak about whatever they want in a safe and confidential space.

I work with people for any period of time from a few sessions to many. Single sessions are available if you want to understand more before committing further.

I am a UKCP registered and accredited psychotherapist with practices in Timsbury near Romsey and in central Winchester. I prefer to work with people in person, however in some circumstances I may offer online sessions by Zoom.
