I have a private psychotherapy, counselling and supervision practice in Winchester. I also train others to be counsellors.
I am committed to my work and to providing a high quality service to others.
I believe I bring warmth, compassion and the ability to meet you as you are. I provide a supportive and confidential environment where together we can explore the issues you bring and work towards long lasting changes
I have been working as a personal development facilitator and counsellor since 1987 and as a registered psychotherapist for the last six years. This has involved considerable training and many years of reflection on effective practice. This has enabled me to develop a sound and well integrated style using knowledge and ideas from many approaches thus allowing me to work with you in the most useful way.
In summary I offer: Counselling for short term focussed work with adults, couples and young people
Psychotherapy for longer term work with adults and young people
Psychotherapy group for adults - fortnightly 10 to 12 on Fridays
Supervision for counselling and psychotherapy trainees and experienced practitioners
Professional Development(CPD) workshops for practitioners
