I have a private psychotherapy, counselling and supervision practice in Winchester. I also train others to be counsellors.

I have been working as a personal development facilitator and counsellor since 1987 and as a registered psychotherapist for the last eight years. This has involved considerable training and many years of reflection on effective practice. This has enabled me to develop a sound and well integrated style using knowledge and ideas from many approaches thus allowing me to work with you in the most useful way.
