I work in Hampshire with private psychotherapy, counselling and supervision practices in Winchester and near Romsey.
 
I have been working as a counsellor and personal development facilitator since 1987 and as a registered psychotherapist for the last eleven years. This has involved considerable training and many years of reflection on effective practice. I believe I have developed a sound and well integrated style using knowledge and ideas from many approaches enabling me to work with you in the most useful way.

I provide a confidential and supportive environment where we can explore the issues that you bring and work towards long lasting changes.
